We now have the “Boulanger de France” label !
Since July 20, 2020, Boulangerie Capucine has been certified “Boulanger de France”. The bakery received this label with a score of 17.8 / 20 ! A great reward!
“Boulanger de France”, is a label brand created by the National Confederation of French Bakery and Bakery-Pastry so that consumers can clearly differentiate the artisan bakers of France from the industrial bakery players.
As a reminder, in order to obtain this label, a baker must meet certain criteria in terms of artisanal manufacturing, quality and hygiene, welcome and accessibility and social responsibility.
